The following is a bio statement from one of RB Community's supported missionaries.

Over 3,000,000,000 people will live and die without ever hearing about Jesus. Let that sink in. Three billion people have never heard that Jesus has made a way for us to experience God's infinite love. Our role as the church is to "make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:18-20), but surprisingly, only 2% of global church resources are used to reach those 3 billion people who have never heard the Gospel before.
Yet, God's plan is amazing. He has brought 1.3 million of the most influential future leaders of these unreached nations to the U.S. to study as international college students.
My name is Jenny Hurn and I have the great joy of bringing the Gospel to unreached people of the world by reaching international students studying right here. Right now.
I first encountered Jesus at RB Community; and when I left for college, I joined the ministry of CRU where I grew as a follower of Jesus. I also came to understand the overall story of the Bible: God’s heart is to fill the world with people who worship Him!
After graduating, I served in East Asia as a missionary, but ultimately, I felt God calling me back to the US. “Why?” I had to ask. I have a deep passion to share the Gospel among those who have never heard it before. So I questioned why God would lead me back to America, where most people have the opportunity to know God.
Then, I learned of the 1.3 million international students studying here. They are the best and brightest of their homelands. They will become leaders in politics, business, and culture. If they hear the Gospel here, they can more effectively deliver God’s message back to people living in their own homelands, to those 3 billion unreached people!
Serving students at UC Berkeley, Stanford, and half a dozen other top universities in the San Francisco Bay Area, my mission is to introduce students to Jesus, build them in their faith, and send them as ambassadors for Jesus to all nations!
